We’re still in awe of all the beautiful work our incredible HandsOn Day volunteer teams did in our community office, shelter and transitional house on Oct. 17! More than 30 people dedicated their Saturday to sprucing up Safe Harbor. Special thanks to our Community Outreach and Education Manager Jen Miller for organizing our crew, and to Richmond Community Toolbank for allowing us to borrow tools to save money on the project. Most of all, to each and every volunteer who dedicated their Saturday to helping Safe Harbor, thank you for breathing new life into the spaces where we live and work each day. You rock!
