The Case Manager will work with clients to develop and maintain relevant and meaningful case plans, provide concrete case management and access to in-house and external resources. Works closely with Regional Victim Witness and Law Enforcement representatives to advocate on behalf of the client. Refers clients to other agencies and resources and advocates directly with other agencies to help client access necessary services. Provides trauma-informed and client-centered crisis intervention, safety planning, and supportive counseling to shelter residents and community clients.

Required Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects. Bi-Lingual and/or addiction counseling experience preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office software platforms, ability to communicate both orally and in writing with team members and clients, demonstrated understanding of the issues of sexual and domestic violence. Previous employment or volunteer work in human services, community agencies or other related nonprofit or social change organizations a plus. Required to work occasional evenings, weekends and holiday hours. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
