BB&T Lighthouse Project — Central VA Region: Volunteers from BB&T visited Safe Harbor June 1, 2012 and completed various projects around the office including painting several spaces in the counseling offices and general office spaces. These generous folks also donated GRTC bus tickets and cleaning supplies — two of our most needed items.
Sticks Kebob Shop Willow Lawn — provided a delicious dinner for our final night of Volunteer Training. We appreciate your continued support of the work we do!
GFWC Sycamore Women’s Club — held sock drive for shelter and RHART programs. These generous ladies donated over 100 pairs of socks! The socks will be distributed through our emergency housing and hospital accompaniment programs. Thank you for your outreach!
