Safe Harbor will be joining in the Richmond Transgender Day of Remembrance. We are proud to be one of the many Community Partners supporting this event.

A candlelight ceremony will be held Tuesday, November 20 at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Richmond located at 1000 Blanton Avenue.
