From Richmond Times-Dispatch:

BB&T’s Lighthouse Project volunteers transformed counseling offices at Safe Harbor to create soothing spaces to support those who have experienced domestic and/or sexual violence. This transformation occurred this month.

“We wanted to work with Safe Harbor because of the great work they do in our Richmond community,” said Doug Roth, a senior vice president with BB&T.

During the Lighthouse Project, BB&T employees have donated nearly 100,000 hours to help improve the lives of more than 3 million people in 25 states.
