Kathleen Demro Speaks at Victims Rights’ Week Event

Safe Harbor Executive Director Kathleen Demro was one of several speakers at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services 2013 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Recognition Event. The event was held April 25, 2013 at the Capitol Square.

Ms. Demro focused on how each of us can make a difference in our community by holding offenders accountable and supporting those impacted by crime. Here is a segment of her speech (complete with some unexpected visitors and usual downtown noise).
