Safe Harbor believes that sexual and intimate partner violence impact us all and we all have a part that we can play in addressing and preventing these complex issues. We would love to have you be a part of our team!
Due to state accreditation standards, if you are interested in volunteering at Safe Harbor, you must go through an intensive 6-week training series that involves one Tuesday evening a week (5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) and two full Saturdays (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Because of the intensity of the 6-week training, they only occur three times per year, in the winter, spring, and fall.

…it was like no other volunteer training I’ve ever experienced. Each session was so incredibly thought-provoking… There is no way to go through this training and not come out a different person at the end of it.
